"A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street. "The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins...

"The room we stayed in was not as per the listing description for the property, nor did it match the pictures on the listing. Very dark hallways, felt unsafe. Fire doors in hallway were propped open the whole time. Noisy. Shower curtain was a foot too short and only went part way around the shower stall so most of the bathroom flooded during a shower. No fan in bathroom or squeegee so the water just sat there. No closet for hanging clothes. No luggage or bag storage..everything had to sit on the...

"The breakfast was quite adequate, continental style with exactly the items I normally would have at home. Bed was really comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed walking up & down those hills."

"Das Hotel hat seinen Zenit definitiv überschritten. Die gesamte Ausstattung inkl. Bad benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Teppiche unter / hinter dem Bett seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gesaugt worden und daher für Leute (selbst mit leichter Hausstauballergie) nicht zu empfehlen. Man hört die ganze Nacht was auf dem Gang / in anderen Zimmern passiert inkl. Spülung/ Duschen etc. Würde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten "
