The lobby was closed so we had to go to the property next door to check in. 2 the bathroom had dirty towels hanging up, the sink already had hair in it. 3. The toilet seat had major wear and slid when we sat, and the toilet made a loud sound while it refilled, as if it were struggling. "Housekeeping beating on the door like the police to ask if I need towels at 9 or 10 am is ridiculous. A simple knock would've sufficed. And then the security guard harassed me the other night because I wanted to work the property after work to unwind from work. He had a real bad attitude and was very rude. The property rules didt. State anything about not being able to roam the property after 11pm. Overall my stay was great. "

"Here’s a clear and firm version you can use: I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The entire third floor smelled strongly of marijuana, and the smoke was so heavy that you could feel it immediately on contact. It even came inside our room. I was traveling with my 15-year-old, and she noticed it as well and commented on how strong it was. This made the situation very uncomfortable. "The hotel looked nothing like the photos, very dirty and smelled like smoke and weed as soon as you walked into the lobby. The rugs in the room were dirty, the paint was peeling in the bathroom walls/ showers. We had no smoke detector in the room either. Overall just felt unsafe and unsanitary as two girls traveling for a short trip. "
