Lake Norman Inn and Suites
My room was not clean up to normal standards. There was clearly dirt on the floor and in the bathroom, there was no list for tv channels, the remote was filthy, the beds had hair / dust and dirt on and in them.

A Place at the Beach
The outdoor pool area was closed for the season and we were not made aware of that until right before we checked in. Main reason we were going there.

Long Cove Resort near Charlotte Airport
Mouse visited daily… roaches, and place is dirty. Internet is terrible. Complained a few times but no resolution.
