As soon as I arrived the staff put me at ease; totally capable, calm, and friendly in a genuine way. The hotel is spotless, modern, in a great location for public transport/ferries and has brand new AC. There's also a well-kept roof terrace that has an unobstructed view over the city. "Absolutely fabulous! The pool was nice, the staff helped with booing excursions, restaurants, and made us a breakfast to go because we had to leave at 3am to get to the airport. Only downside was proximity to the airport. I probably would have opted to spend the last night in Catania just for convenience. But this hotel is a gem."
