"This is a very new renovation of an existing building resulting in a spacious suite including large bedroom, kitchenette and bath. Our room had a patio with seating opening to the inner courtyard. Simply stunning! A staff member met our airport transfer vehicle at the gate of the Medina and led us to the property. This was essential as otherwise it would have been challenging to find it! "The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis."

"The hotel looks new and high end, but lots of things inside the room make it look cheap, like poor bathroom finishings and dirty, ripped blinds. Plus there was hair all over the floor when I checked in (not the same colour as mine, so I know it was there before I got there). "The room was nice. Staff was good. There was no housekeeping if you didn't leave the key and when you did there was things that were not completely restocked. They took our dirty towels but then didn't leave any clean ones. If you stay with more than one person and they take the key the person who stays could possibly be locked in the room with no way to open the door. "
