"We stayed at QT Newcastle expecting a premium experience given the price point, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.
The hotel certainly looks stylish and modern, but the experience felt more about appearance than substance. The room itself was an acceptable size and the décor is trendy, but it didn’t fully translate into comfort or practicality. Some finishes already felt worn and the attention to detail was lacking.

"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back.

"Had an incredible stay here! Location was perfect and the room was super clean. Shower pressure was 10/10. Only criticism was the street was super loud at night. Still would 100% stay here again!"
