"I stayed in Fanari Vista Suite for two nights. Michalis and Thimo were a beyond helpful. They set up our taxi transfers and made sure we had everything in our suite. There are only 4 suites so the treatment that you receive from the staff is very personal. The suite is impeccably clean and it’s location is great. "Great location, spacious room and delicious breakfast. We booked the honeymoon suite which had a fantastic view of the caldera from the balcony. Staff members were awesome. Sophia, Anil and Oia were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. It didn’t work. However Sophia was kind enough to allow us use the hot tub of one of the other rooms which was unoccupied. Overall great experience."

"It was a nice stay. Our room had a sharing pool. We enjoyed the view of caldera and the stuff was very, very nice and helpful. The stuff was bringing us breakfast every single morning exactly at 9:00 a.m. whenever you can ask them they going to do that thing. They help us to set up some excursions at the really nice price. And highly recommend to use this property as you going to really enjoy the view and your stay"

"Kastro Suites is located in the perfect location... just a few steps away from the "Panoramic View of Fira" lookout so views were stunning! We were also close to the shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the main road. Gabriel was AMAZING! He was helpful, friendly, and so lovely to deal with. We even had the room with the pool right outside the room which added to the views and was convenient when we wanted to take a quick dip in the pool. "We had a wonderful stay at Nefeles! We were nervous the pictures online wouldn’t match what we got, but it exceeded our expectations!
