Farmstay in Catoosa County

"The hotel and staff are spectacular! The room service is amazing and fairly priced would highly recommend. The location of The Read House is near many attractions."

"The room obviously has been remodeled. It needed softer lighting options and a different/additional mirror. My wife needed a location to do hair and makeup while i showered. There was a coffee maker in the room but nowhere (table wise) to plug it in. We actually had to plug it in on the floor. The lbedside light swtch and outlet on the window side of the bed did not work. We will say that the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. "

"Staff was friendly. Location is perfect. Parking was free. But pet hair everywhere. In rooms, on the couch, AC vent. Housekeeping could be improved. Vacuum the hall way and rooms."

"Very clean and food was good. Our first staying at a Drury and we will definitely be back. "

"GPS directions are incorrect, not the hotels fault. Check-in/out was smooth. Room reeked of chemical cleaner, but was clean and partially updated. No carpet, had laminate floor. No smart tv, but decent channel selection. Bed average, linens clean. Noisy, both hall and street/traffic noise at noticeable levels. Decor did not match at all. Bathroom: new vanity top and mirror with dimming border light, and heat to defog shower steam. No vent fan. Glass shower doors were clean, but tracks and frames were cruddy and molded. New shower head and wall surround nice, but caulk had mold and the pan was grungy and stained. No ice machine on 2nd floor (had to go to lobby). Breakfast was average with eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle irons, fruits, cereals, milk, and breads. Juice machine out of order. One coffee airpot was cold, one ran out and not refilled for a while. The one breakfast staff member could not keep up with Sat morning visitor load. "

"Overall we had a good stay and the space was nice. However, housekeeping didn't even vacuum and one morning we went down for breakfast with an hour left on the breakfast time and the made to order breakfast was closed and many items were gone and not being refilled. "

"Second time staying here. I book it because of the large rooms, breakfast and convenience and safe area. The first visit there was a few strands of hair in the bathroom. This time, there was hair all throughout the room, the towels had hair, the and the floors were dirty. Upon calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, was told they left at 3pm and no one was available. Had to tidy the room myself! Upon checkout there was no one at the desk to talk to; was just told by housekeeping that I could just leave my keys in a container. Highly disappointed at the level of uncleanliness; especially having young children with me. "
