"There was nobody in the office when we arrived to check us in. Somebody came over about five or 10 minutes later to the office. We were given a key and that was it. We had to call later to find out what the Wi-Fi code was and no one answered and they finally emailed us half an hour later with the code. Our room was never cleaned and we were there two nights. The property is a bit shabby and neglected. Would not recommend it."

"It would be hard to find a better motel, especially at such a reasonable price! The owners are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned impeccably every day. Air conditioning works well. Beds are comfortable and very clean. There’s a decent amount of space in the room. The microwave, and especially the regular sized fridge and freezer, are a huge plus. "The place is a has been but by today’s standards it doesn’t make it. The blinds didn’t work, the water smelled, the floor is uneven, the screen door did not close, I’m sorry but the place is a dive. I will never stay there again"

"I have stayed at well over a dozen motels, hotels, lodges, resorts over my time in the Catskills. This was by far one of my favorites and is almost certainly going to become my regular resting spot. The location is premium, with it located in the heart of the Catskills, and not far from most attractions and hikes.
