"The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. " Nice little stopover on our drive from Speyside to London. Room above the hotel which was clean and had everything required. Food/drink in the bar well priced and tasty and busy place it was too. Service excellent from all staff-no issues at all although busy little town so finding a parking place was the tricky part!!"

"Excellent place to stay.Good location for exploring the area. Local walks Hadrians wall etc.We stayed in the Hadrian suite.Very spacious with nice roll top bath.We ate in the bar on burger night.
