"Ok, nice staff, decent breakfast. The locations is kinda weird...a "hotel" right smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. This made it extremely difficult for the Taxi drivers. "There was a good deal of initial confusion. First off, the hotel's name is Hotel Suites House, not Apartamentos Juanambu, so I was afraid I was in the wrong place, except the address and phone number were correct. It would be much less confusing if the correct name was listed on hotels.com. Secondly, they never recorded my reservation--they were not expecting me. Initially, they said they didn't have a room for me. (Great, I thought. I'm in a foreign country where I speak the language poorly...

"Great little hotel for the price close to the main avenue la Sexta, has a shopping center 2 minutes away with drugstores which comes in handy, restaurants and a few cafes including Juan Valdez for that morning fix. Owner is very helpful and staff was really nice!"
