"Our room was clean, but the door lock didn't work in room 419, only the latch at the top. We didn't have breakfast but the snacks at the front had plenty of options. The bar service was great, and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent service!! I would come back for another stay!"

After receiving my room key, I tried to access my room, only to discover that it was already inhabited. The ease with which I was able to access entry made me leery of staying overnight, so I requested a refund and left."
