"So comfortable, so close to the lifts! The staff is amazing, the restaurant with spectacular views. I felt like the staff was my extended family. They have all you will need: excellent breakfast, the restaurant with great local wines. Comfy place to work or play games. Sauna and massage. Not to mention all the help I got from a friendly driver, grounds keeper getting me out of a snow bank…. Very friendly, beautiful place overlooking the valley. Definitely coming back."

Views from balcony rooms superb in good weather and towards Matterhorn. Very child friendly. Bar staff attentive. Will definitely stay again when visiting Crans-Montana. "

"Great staff with great hotel facilities Breakfast was good the cappuccino’s are lovely. Evening meal was lovely and even got 10% discount because we were residents. Rooms clean and comfortable Shower was great Walking distance to a variety of restaurants just a 2 minute walk away 20 minute walk from the golf club But hotel put on a curiosity transport on during the golf tournament Great location and very quiet to get a good night sleep Used this hotel for the Omega European Masters golf...

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"Lovely people, very helpful hosts with best ideas to manage my time well in the area. Very clean and quiet hotel, classic style, comfortable feeling. They have a FANTASTIC spa in the hotel!
