"Amazing stay with my family and friends. We had all of the accommodations (loft and two bedrooms) and they were phenomenal. One issue with the A/C but the property and the associates made it right for me and my family. Ravey, good human right there, he took care of me and the family. Security folks, chef kiss, concierge Team amazing, BAR tenders were Tendering!! "

We haven't stayed anywhere else on San Pedro Island, but still believe this has to be the best place there. We just loved it and it is the only place we will stay when we go back. "

The entire apartment was clean and spacious with safety locks to make your stay is worry free. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. "Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. "Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value."
