"Cleaning staff was excellent - room was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff was friendly but I would suggest that reception staff get familiar with the surrounding area to advise guests of what and how to get to known destinations. They shouldn’t be saying that they don’t know as they don’t live in the area. Breakfast was good although the potatoes were stale every morning (personally found the meals a trifle bit too salty, but it could just be my palate). I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance as I booked this hotel because it had a rooftop pool. Personally, I was not too impressed with there being a charge for everything (I was allergic to the brand of tea used and they wanted to charge me extra for another brand over and above the price I had already paid, luckily I carried my own). If you like hot showers despite the heat outside then you will be disappointed ☹️.Also, our shower had no door so the bathroom floor and mat got wet after every shower. On the plus side - the elevator works very well. There’s huge smiles on the faces of most staff members. There are plenty of charging points in the room."
