"Room was spacious, clean, and no thrills. But it was close enough to the port where I could dive with the sharks. Ownership is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They assisted me to get on a solo dive when most tourist spots only sold packages with a minimum of two. Oh the beach access is across the street and you have to pay an access fee. The beach is not sand barred."

"Very convenient as it is at the town center where restaurants and bars are located. The beach is just 5 minutes walk. Their staff are very hospitable and always ready to help with a smile. Best of all, their rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back.. "

"The owners were absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful. We stayed here a couple days and every night they arranged to have us taken in to town for dinner and picked up and taken back again and helped us with catching buses when we left. They also arranged our Whale Shark experience with the same tricycle driver who ensured that we were in the right place at the right time (something that may have been quite daunting if we were on our own). Their generosity will not be forgotten, thank you."

"We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "
