"We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating...

"The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. "The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price."
