It is on the 40th floor so it takes 2-5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Room had a really bad ant problem, i suggest not bringing back food. "Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful "
