"Not as advertised. Facilities not available as per booking.
Attempted to charge double the price of two bottles of beer back to hotel room, as roof top bar not available throughout the day. Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge.
Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. Offered, soup rice and boiled eggs as breakfast choice. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, not worth the cost.
Also displayed beside elevator. Back up...
