"Staff were all amazingly sweet, helpful and friendly. The property though, leaves lots to be desired. The bedrooms we were in had no windows, they were drab, but clean enough. There’s really no amenities to speak of except for the restaurant which was good. For the price, it was as expected. If you can afford to pay more, you can do better."

"There are no phones in the rooms. Guests are required to WhatsApp msg in with issues. They monitor it poorly, however, which meant frequent trips downstairs. Some of the waitstaff could urgently use some training about how to wait tables. "

Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge. Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. Offered, soup rice and boiled eggs as breakfast choice. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, not worth the cost. Also displayed beside elevator. Back up...
