"7月末からオーシャンウイングに4泊しました。毎日、ボトルの水を無料で支給いただけて、大変助かりました。 建物は古いですがメンテナンスはされていました。シャワーの水圧は少し物足りなさを感じました。 ディナーは全てホテル内レストランで摂りましたが、物価は総じて高めで（大人2人、子供2人（7歳、5歳）、アルコールありで一食2〜3万円ほど）、日本と同じかやや高く感じました。 空港ホテル間の往復サービス（有料）、テイクアウト朝食サービス（早朝の帰国便だったため）など、ホスピタリティは申し分なく、子連れでも快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。"

"Well, unfortunately, it seems to me that there's an unfair advantage among Filipinos because their customer service is absolutely top notch. Yes, I could say that the hotel was immaculate in every way, fully modern and lacking absolutely nothing. But a building is just a building without the fantastic employees who treat you like royalty. Honestly, sometimes I was even embarrassed because I didn't feel worthy of such an exceedingly high level of customer service. It truly is the people! Now...
