"Staff is wonderful and kind, very accommodating. We stayed here with a lot of family members for our wedding, we got a beautiful spacious suite with the best courtyard views. The rooms are so beautifully designed, the whole villa is just dreamy and true Tuscany. Breakfast is amazing with so many options and so fresh, so delicious! Service is great too. "Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! "

"Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious! Only thing I didn't like is the noise going around until like 12 am. Also in the morning there was doors slamming, people talking loud etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff is awesome and the food superb! The rooms are clean and comfortable although they could use some renovations. For example, some of the floor boards were loose. The location close to the airport was perfect, because our flight home was cancelled twice due to the weather. I would stay here again without any hesitation."

"Our stay here was wonderful! The host was so pleasant and the view from the terrace was beautiful. The location was in a great spot for enjoying the Florentine neighborhoods, and close to many of the restaurants recommended to us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."
