Upon returning home, I found that I had been charged an extra $25. I called the hotel 4 times about this, each time only reaching the front desk, and was told various reasons why the general manager was unavailable. Apparently they charged me for having a pet, but I did not have a pet. When asked at check-in if I had a pet, I said no, but the front desk person hardly even looked at me through the process. If she had, she would have seen I did not have a pet with me. In my phone calls to them, I was told I was in a pet room, but I did not book a pet room through Expedia, I did not request one of the hotel, and I did not know I was in a "pet room". With each of the 4 calls I made, I was told that my information would be passed on, twice I was told specifically on to the general manager. I never heard back from anyone and the incorrect charge was never removed. I will never stay at this hotel again, even though the room was clean and fine (I left a tip for the cleaners).
