I called ahead of time about having a pet after I drove three hours they argued with me about bringing my pet and once I was allowed to pet the manager I was still charged an extra 160 dollars. I had also called to ensure there was a pool as we planned to spend the majority of our time relaxing there, the “heated” pool was absolutely freezing though it did seem clean. "The staff was nice. The hotel has thin walls. I could hear conversations in the parking lot and the waffle timer beeping. My room was next to the lobby. But there were no cups for making waffles; and when I went to make one they didn’t have enough batter. The TV did not work. Did not use the AC and have no pets. The traffic noise was dreadful."
