"This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. When I arrived, I immediately thought I was in the wrong room. It was filthy smelt like cigarettes and had hair all over the place. I went down to the front desk and was then informed that the cleaners refused to show up for work that day and there was no other room to put me in besides the smoke room, which had a broken smoke alarm by the way. "Everything from the clean room, the friendly staff, they have a nice size laundry room, the parking and everything was fantastic. The rooms are really nice, the little kitchenette is perfect. The bed is comfortable and the colors are warm and relaxing. I will look for this brand of hotels to stay in when I travel moving forward."

"I was only there for 1 night, but the staff was very friendly. Karen at the front desk was pleasant and Pam I believe her name was, helped me out when I came down for breakfast. Free breakfast is a plus. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool since I came in for an event but no complaints. The only thing was the hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as the water from the sink. I had to let the water run a little bit to get it to a temperature that wasn't too lukewarm."

Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door).
