"Rooms are always dirty. The floor was sticky, crumbs still on counter, Bed not made, toilet had pubic hair on it and didn’t flush properly. The plumbing here is bad I’ve been in three different rooms and the toilet doesn’t flush right in any of them. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even to my worst enemy. The staff is nice, but that doesn’t make up for how dirty this place is."

"Visiting family. Excellent stay but there were issues with our reservation - when we arrived they didn’t have us in their system. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we got it all worked out. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean, and well maintained."

"Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough.""

"Only issue was one of the assigned room they gave us had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The front desk immediately helped us and we were given a new room."
