I had a comfortable stay here and found the location to be one of its biggest strengths. The hotel sits in a lively area with plenty of dining options and a good selection of shops just a short walk away. Free parking is a huge plus, especially for a city stay. The complimentary warm breakfast is convenient, and even on days when you miss it, there’s absolutely no shortage of cafés and restaurants nearby to grab something quickly. It’s an easy place to stay for a short trip, especially if you want to remain within the city and have everything you need close at hand.

The breakfast as a good variety and very tasty. The front desk staff no matter what time of day we're very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty clean. The floors were not the cleanest. The hallway carpet was not kept clean. There were balled up tissues and q-tips for 2 days. Overall, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was so-so. The sheets looked very “tired”. The pillows were flatter than a pancake. Actually I think a pancake is more fluffy. While the room was small, it was clean. The shower had a shelf in it that had that pinkish/orange mold. The towels were nice. My husband did enjoy the breakfast. If you’re looking to get ice, you may need to use a garbage can as there is no ice bucket in the room. Overall I feel there’s room for improvement.

We stayed 1 night before a cruise. The location is great, as it is convenient to lots of restaurants that you can easily walk to, but they seemed to be having some "maintenance" issues with a number of rooms. I had reserved a king hearing impaired room about 7 months prior to arrival, but because of those issues we were given a double queen. Not that big of a deal, but I should have been able to have gotten what I paid for so long in advance of our trip. The staff was so nice though, and that in itself would make me choose this hotel again.
