"My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience."

"Excellent hotel stay. Very clean. An actual nice breakfast buffet with lots of staff being attentive. Received a bottle of wine and 2 cups for being a VIP member. Overall very pleasant experience and will be back!!"

"Everyone was kind and the staff was easy to speak with. We had a great stay. My only complaint is the pool water was not clear. It is an indoor pool so with that being said I will say I did not expect it to be crystal clear due to the humidity. However, I could not see my feet when submerged in the pool. "Check in was easy even for 3rd party. We arrived early but the staff was accommodating and looked to see if our room was available and it was so we were able to check in early and that was very appreciated. Getting around the hotel was easy and had a great layout. Even better it was 2 blocks from the 76 road that was a hot theater district of things to do and lots to find to eat. We were headed to a show so the hotel location to the venue was easy to find. When we returned, there was ice water...
