"The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room...

"Did not like the hotel stay at all the ac in the room did not work and the smell was horrific. The staff was no help in resolving the issue. The maintenance came to the room to switch out the ac unit while we were still in the room. The breakfast was horrible."

"The room was clean and quiet. Location was wonderful. The morning breakfast was mostly scrambled eggs and mystery meat for the sausage. The. Room was small but adequate and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small also the shower water pressure was weak. Air conditioner was very good. The balcony over looked a roof about 10 ft away."

"The room was mostly clean. Not what it should have been for what we paid. It was a pet friendly room and even though I know that previous pet smells probably linger I feel like the room should have smelled better. Floors not super clean, dirt around threshold to the bathroom. Old lotion on the counter from the lotion dispenser on the wall."

"Staff was overall friendly. Property is def showing its age. Carpet is dirty, wood beams on the walkway to breakfast area have visible rot. Breakfast not good. Scrambled eggs sitting in a large bowl were soggy and wet. Same sausage, scrambled, toast, hard biscuits, bad gravy EVERY single day. Best part of the stay was the price and the staff. Nice setting. Lawrence Welk designed it according to staff, and he would probably be disappointed in what it has become."

"Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...

"If you’re traveling with a family to Branson, MO. This is the place to stay. Not too pricey, really clean, has indoor and outdoor pool & it has a game room with pool table to play as well as arcades. It is in the strip of Branson with many things to do near by. Breakfast was okay, not the best but it was doable."
