"The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning."

They said they could see our reservation and were willing to cancel it, but it was booked under a previous management and they did not allow any pets, so we could not stay with our dog. "Convenient and safe location. Our room has a small bug inside the container near coffee maker. No water bottle so didnt get a chance to enjoy coffee or tea. Shower has no insert that water splashes outside the tub."

"Website says hot tub and gym. No hot tub nor gym. when asked about the gym was told the roof had fell in on it and had not been redone. I was happy to leave after only 1 night here. I did not feel safe as the floors did not feel solid."
