"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. We will come again and definitely recommend. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic views and rooms were spacious and comfortable bed. Thank you for looking after us"
"This place was gorgeous! Our room had views of the sea right from our balcony. The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The pool was beautiful. I would absolutely go back. It was a bit of a walk to the city center. A cab was easy to return to the hotel. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle, which was convenient. The rooms were beautiful."
"It is an older hotel with dated rooms but very clean & rooms were big. Pool was big and its right across the street from the beach. I did not like that they charge for an umbrella & chair on their own portion of the beach."

"This place is up higher than I had expected. The walk to dowtown is easy but I found the walk back up tough for my age. I took my car for the other days! We were 3 traveling together. Beds are comfortable. The toiletries are packages, so might be best to bring your own products otherwise I found the value to be very good."

"Gorgeous location and views. Rooms are huge, as are the patios. Not luxurious appointments, but comfortable enough. The beach is rocky, but the swimming and snorkeling is excellent. Lots of steps everywhere! Breakfast and lunch aren’t fancy but we’re very tasty. It did take them 3 nights to fix the A/c in my kids’ room, which wasn’t great. Overall, though, we had a wonderful time and will return. It’s a special spot."
