"Monica and her son made us welcome and gave us lots of useful information about things to see in Naples. The flat is up several flights of stairs, but thankfully there was a lift part way up, would highly recommend this establishment, literally next door to a metro. Ps the hop on hop off bus was not useful at all,which in my experience is unusual, better to use the public transport system ."

"We stayed for two nights at this GORGEOUS hotel. We were in awe, the view from the rooftop bar was incredible, we sat and drank there everyday and night of our stay. The staff really got to know you and were so helpful. The rooms are freshly refurbished and are way nicer than advertised, I loved the vibe of this hotel so much, we will be back soon. "Hotel was good. Local area not so good. Stayed 1 night to get flight out of Naples airport . Only ventured 1 block from hotel to get something to eat. Plenty of taxis because it’s right at the cruise line terminal. Probably where people stay the night before their cruise takes off. 30 minutes to airport for 30 euros. "

After nearly 1hr trying to sort this, another member of staff arrived and showed us to our room??!!! Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were clean and reasonable size. Extremely kind staff, to put it lightly - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also - small potatoes compared to the other things - but the best quality breakfast I've had at any hotel. "

"No WiFi in the rooms. This is very inconvenient. WiFi is blocked, so even if you have your own plan with data, you cannot use it in the rooms. Pools are nice and pool view great. Breakfast is mainly cake - no healthy choices. Selection of food from the pool bar is limited. Plenty of drinks and good coffee. It is value for money - not so expensive, and the standard is accordingly, do not expect too much. "
