"The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture."

"Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back"

"Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. "Whover is doing the maid service is doing a great job for what they have. The problem is not with clean sheets or towels but with maintenance. There were no functioning lights in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight. Wall socket was loose. The carpet appeared to have been cleaned but there were red stains like wine had spilled on the carpet. The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. This could be a fine place to stay with some care."

"The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable."

"I would definitely stay at this place again. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which had two bathrooms, a living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The room also had a washer and dryer which we used daily. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and being able to clean my son's uniform was a blessing!"

"The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. The on-site amenities that we personally enjoy are the saltwater pool and the three different hot tubs.
