"Room was very clean and tidy. Shampoo, soaps, and coffee was well stocked. Free breakfast was a nice selection of fruits, yogurt, cereals, waffles, mini muffins, coffee, tea, & juices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Hotel is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping areas. Close to the Cross sculpture garden."

"The pool and hot tub were closed when we got there, and we had planned to spend the day at the nice pool (per the pictures). The pool did NOT look like the photos. They advertised a restaurant, but when we got there on Saturday, it was closed. The hours were only 8-11. Not if you advertise a restaurant, have it be open, or POST the hours. "The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

"I booked a king room through Expedia and I was given a disgusting dirty room The sheets were not cleaned it was a full bed sized room It was absolutely terrible..mgmt/owner was not friendly at all..do not recommend.."

"I liked that it didn't have a hotel feel. I didn't see staff but I also liked that.The room had everything you needed. It had more of a private feel than your usual hotel. Beautiful landscaping with nature all around. The location of Comfort has the feeling of going back in time which was very nice for relaxing vacation."
