"I am glad we chose this hotel. The service from start to when we left was exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel ambience displays class. Very close to the airport as well which was advantageous for my family and I especially the day we where departing, the hotel shuttle arrived on time and in 5mins or so we where already at the airport. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to albania. "

"Nice hotel with a nice breakfast ..stayed 2 nights .ate at hotel roof top bar ..food pretty good ..nice place to stay in tirana ..tirana is a small citywith not a lot happening ..durres is just about the worst seaside resort we have been to ..pretty much a concrete jungle with a packed beach full of umbrellas and beds with russian style piers.. "Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely. Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!"
