*Pool bar staff kept my cup filled
*Friendly staff throughout resort
*Delicious food
*Excellent security at the entrance of the property
Cons:
*You will get bombarded to be part of a "90-minute sales presentation" at one of their neighboring resorts in exchange for breakfast and a massage or a swim with dolphins. The 90-minute presentation is for a timeshare and lasted three hours (not 90 minutes), where we had to tell three different sales people that we were not interested over the course of the three hours. And when we booked our swim with the dolphins, it ended up not being free (we were given a voucher to use towards the excursion). Don't fall for the scam!
*The swim-up bar at the main pool was closed for my entire 6 day/5 night stay and was kind of an "eye sore."
*The Mediterranean restaurant was closed for my entire stay.
*For an "adults-only" resort, I was hoping for more activities later in the evening. The nights seemed to end early, including the bars.
*The check-in and check-out process is extremely time-consuming. Allow yourself plenty of time on your last day to check out before your airport transportation arrives. You will not be able to leave the property without a checkout ticket from the front desk.
*The main restaurants that are only open for dinner do not accept reservations; they operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not arrive between 6:00-7:00 PM, plan on waiting awhile to get seated."
