"We stayed in the Ocotillo building which I read was newly remodeled. The room was very nice and clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. Only concern with the room was we had to put our body into opening and closing the room door and toilet room door. The construction was still going on while we were there. Our other main concern was not being made aware of the closures onsite when we checked in, ie. Adults only pool and bar, fitness center. They were still listed on the map we were given at check in also. When we brought this up at checkout, we were refunded a night’s resort fee which we were glad for. Water park was great, main pool was clean and cool. Plenty of seating and shade. Nicely situated bar, bathrooms and fresh water spigots. These things being said, when the remodeling is finished we would stay here again."

"Loved the gym! Pickle ball courts are 25.00 an hour, should have been included. Pool hours were too short. They closed at 6."

"This is my 4th trip to the Biltmore. I have always enjoyed this property and had a wonderful time but this trip was different. The Catalina pool was closed for maintenance on my 3rd day at the resort and other pools including the Ocitilla pool were in need of cleaning. The pool tile was being cleaned while swimmers were in the pool and there was a bad film of sunblock on top of the pool indicating the filtration system was not working properly. The adjacent hot tub water was so dirty, I would not get in it. Overall, the pool maintenance was lacking. It was so disappointing and when we notified the staff on check-out the front desk staff was indifferent and not apologetic. It was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully, things will improve."
