"The host was very polite, helpful, and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs. It was nice to be in a gated area, have assigned parking so that you do jot have to worry about where to park, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me was how the upstairs neighbors quite literally stomped through their apartment constantly, I am the last person to complain about anything but it seemed excessive. I dont blame the property owners what so ever...

"The home was clean and worked great for our family of 4. The area is gated and felt very safe. We would stay here again. The host was very responsive."

"This place was excellent, clean, and has lots of living space. The home was well equipped simple but fully functional, fully set up kitchen with pots pans knifes forks all that good stuff. Communication was on point, if you have any questions or anything of the sort youll get an answer back fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a fully set spot with so many things such as a pool, hot tub."

"We used two different Credit cards for payment. This led to missunderstandings, so there was a need more clarification. Next time we will use just one, then it will be really uncomplicated. "

The outdoor space is amazing and everyone loved spending time outside. 10/10 we will definitely stay here again next time we’re in phoenix. "

"We really enjoyed the space it was beautiful. And in a convenient location. Parking was smooth as well. The front bedroom was too hot to sleep in and the living room was hot during the day. The only suggestion I would say is add a smoking area outside where ppl can sit down it was hot and we had to go out the gate. But all in all this is a beautiful space and totally worth checking out."
