"It’s in the middle of downtown. Clean and spacious rooms, and wonderful staff especially this one woman. I lost the card with her name on it but she has a British accent. I think her name starts with Lady-. She was so welcoming and warm! Also the breakfast is amazing!"

"We stayed at this Hyatt property in Texas for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations. We didn’t get room service for two of our three days — and when it did finally happen, the service itself wasn’t great either. The bed sheets and blanket were poorly made, not properly tucked or adjusted. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shower gel dispenser was empty for the entire stay. For the price point of a Hyatt, I expected much...

"Wasn't terrible, but wa sn't good either. Very outdated, elevators need service. Multiple water leak across the property. Inconsistent information from staff. Hallways smelled of meldew, most likely from water leaks. A ton of noise from the strip. After watch staff handle the food we opted out of the breakfast. Was thankful we only spent one night here."

"The staff was friendly but showing up for a competition and informing ahead of time that parking is 69$ a night was a hard hit from someone traveling from far away and then when the light hit my comforter I can see mold all inside the comforter. After having a rough weekend away from home and alone charging more than a hundred dollars in destination fees on top of an already paid room! I will Never stay there again"

"Interesting that it’s connected to another hotel on the backside and we had to go around the block to check in. The hotel did not have its own check in area. But, once we were there we enjoyed the hotel and amenities."
