"This hotel has good intentions but the staff has issues. I asked for the smallest things and they couldn’t get them right - for instance our tiny bottle of body lotion wasn’t replenished. I asked for 2 bottles to be sent up to my room with some towels. The towels showed, no lotion. So I asked again in the morning, along with another plastic bag for laundry…45 min later I got 3 bottles of hair conditioner and a roll of plastic garbage bags. The elevators take forever and are always full, and twice giant trash bins were on with me. They should’ve been in service elevators. And the valet- nice guys but totally overwhelmed. Took 45 min- 1 hour to get our car even when we called ahead to ask for it. At $65 a day we expected better. The management is very apologetic but come on Aloft/Marriott Corp you should do better!"
