"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. "Very straight forward check in. Lovely clean and bright apartment, very comfortable, quiet and within walking distance to the city centre. Handy Coop mini market just over the road. Only thing was bath was a little tired and had no plug which was disappointing as would have liked a bath in the eve after walking out all day but I would definitely recommend as overall it was very good."
