"Really average in all, only Ok if you’re on budget. Bedside commode wasn’t clean, which made me suspicious of the cleanliness of the bedding as well, so I slept on the duvet. "Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. "The beds were extremely clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and warm. I would recommend that more blinds or curtains are placed on windows (upstairs hallway, bathroom) and some plumbing fixtures need attention (bath, downstairs toilet flush). Also, I was taken by surprise by the constant visitors in the back garden, where clean sheets for other houses are stored. They would let themselves in, without notice, right outside the patio doors....

"Some issues with the property, including rubbish left in the garden, missing kitchen knives and ants in the property, and some issues with the wi-fi. However, the host was quick to rectify these issues, and did so promptly, sending a cleaner to clean and remove rubbish, as well as providing kitchen knives and sorting out the wi-fi.
