"The staff were friendly and accommodating. A free drink was a nice touch after a long drive. The bartender had a good sense of humor. The lounge was quite impressive but the room where we stayed wasn't cleaned well. The restroom floor was visibly dirty with hairs and stain marks. There was a hair on a pillow. We don't expect a squeaky clean room but the guest rooms can be cleaned better. Otherwise, the room was spacious and the breakfast food was one of the best I had so far. The location was convenient to stop by Pismo Beach and the outlets."

"It's was a well spend stay , clean and slept well in the comfortable bed with ocean waves. Few issues with flushing the toilet, shower head needs a little maintenance but over all our one day stay was pleasant."

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Pismo. The views are breathtaking! Celebrated our 10 yr anniversary here and enjoyed every moment. The staff was awesome, the room was clean, we had a great time in the pool and easy access to the beach. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Cute hotel with lots of options for rooms. Cozy beds and good shower. Breakfast was basic but definitely got the job done. The location was great, close to everything in town. Free parking and lots of charm."
