"Pool area was fun with ping pong. Nice changing area and supply of towels. I did have an order delivered from Walmart but for some reason no one could find it. Waited while they looked, then they said they’d call when they located it , but never received that call. Wasted money on goods not found."

"It was a great experience in every way. Since my first visit to Disney property in 1986 I have always stayed at a Disney owned property, maybe 16 times? This time my husband and I decided to go for a few days and just visit Epcot and Hollywood studios . We decided to try the Swan and we were pleasantly surprised! The proximity to the parks we could visit without bus transportation was the main factor but there is so much more to enjoy. Great pools, a variety of wonderful restaurants, clean rooms...

"Ideal bungalow, very clean. Pools are conveniently located with food and drinks. Alcohol beverages are a but pricy. Has some pots and pans in bungalow but minimal as related to preparing meals. Pull-out sofa is NOT comfortable. Bring a mattress pad. ALL staff were excellent with one exception. Young guy at pizza shop was not interested in service. Had to request napkins because he was using an empty napkin despinser as a window stop. He was quite put out with tequest. Least he could've done...
