"Clean room and lovely staff. Dinner service at Lakehouse was very busy and chaotic with servers disappearing for 30 minutes between each request or interaction. The outdoor bar staff were awesome! The shuttle service to the theme parks was disappointing as the time tables offered were either very early or minimal locations offered (only two Disney parks) so we never utilized it and had to drive to the parks. The pool is obviously a highlight and you can spend hours there."

"Not one to leave reviews but I really wanted to this time. This hotel was great. It was so peaceful and quiet, room service came every day which in my book is amazing. The beds were ok, nothing special but not terrible by any means. A hotel this great and only 10 minutes from Disney is a win in my book. Me and my family will be staying here every time we come to Disney."
