My husband complained to the front desk where you could also hear the commotion. She offered us another room (why move us?) He told her no we're have been traveling all day how about telling the people causing the issue to be quiet or get out."

"We stayed one night before moving on and we were quite pleased with our room. The room was clean and we had zero issues. We overlooked the pool and I was worried about the noise. However, even with kids playing in the pool, we didn’t hear a thing and slept through the night and I’m a light sleeper. Great bargain for the price and the pool was refreshing. Will absolutely recommend and I’d bring my family here again."

"Arrived at the hotel around 11:00pm give or take. Checked it, that process was smooth. Figured I’d go and order food at the onsite restaurant. Placed the order at 11:16pm didn’t get my food until 11:50pm about 8 people came in after me and got their food before me. The lady working gave my food away multiple times hence why I waited for so long. Then I was told I’d have to buy bottled water from the front desk and I was not able to get water out of the gun from the bar.. whatever just very odd...
