"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room did not have enough towels or the sheets stocked for the sofa bed and chairs here was not staff to deliver it to the room. They only had 2 staff working (peak hours of evening). We just made our way down to pick up the stuff ourselves, and they were very kind, but definitely needed help. The same was true the next morning for a Sunday breakfast. Not enough workers to keep up with the amount of people staying. "

"While the room was comfortable and had some neat features, we will not be staying here again. There was no pool, the breakfast is very expensive (especially for what you get), and it is LOUD. We were not told there would be an after party at the hotel’s rooftop bar after the USA v Portugal game, and we hardly slept that night. The hotel provides ear plugs, but that’s not super helpful when you can hear the music through the earplugs and feel the music vibrations in your bed. It was awful. Additionally, every time we went downstairs and had to pay $6 for a cup of coffee, apparently a 25% service charge was added on to that $6. Do not stay here if you value your sleep and money. "
