"We had a wonderful stay at Evergreen Lodge. The room was just delightful with it's own private balcony overlooking woodland. The staff were wonderful and the amenities were extensive; everything you need is there. Particularly loved the hot spa."

"Stayed for two nights with family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). We had a room on towards the back of the property, on the second floor (didn’t see elevators, we went up the stairs outside the building). Overall it was a good stay for the location and options available, nothing fancy but more comfortable than camping. The room itself was a bit tight for four but manageable and the decor is dated but we didn’t mind too much. This was the only place we got WiFi so the kids liked that. The property itself is very convenient with 2-3 onsite dining options, coffee, ice cream and gift shops. There was a pool that looked quite busy at night, tennis courts and horse stables. I think the sister property may be nicer but this was fine for a few nights. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful the buildings under construction, so I had an old room that the heater was broken and it was either on or off. If you couldn’t regulate it, the carpets were dirty and it was cold in there."
