"The facility was fine, but lacked housekeeping during the day between checking and checkout, only 2 flimsy plastic cups in the room, no lotion in the room, and the garbage in the hallway was not picked up and vacuumed daily. The room was very expensive because they had a sports event happening which I feel is gouging."

"Our room was excellent, clean and well kept. The bed was really comfortable, and bath amenities were excellent. Despite the hotel being nearly full, we didn’t hear any hall or other noise!
The breakfast had a good variety of food options as well.
We travel to Canada regularly, and will make this our return stop from now on."

"Came in at 4:30PM, was told the room wasn't ready, was told to wait an hour. Waited 30 minutes went back and asked again if room was ready. Then they said it was ready. Apparently many others were waiting as well past the check in time. One couple got their room key but found out the room wasn't even cleaned."
