"When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized. We had to pay more for the extra bed.

"Sanja was very helpful and friendly. The stone cottage was great, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, check was simple and easy.
