"Great place, amazing staff!"

"This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house."

"Great room and fantastic breakfast, nice pool and sauna. Outstanding views and courteous staff. But please note the hotel’s kitchen is closed on Mondays and there nothing in the hotel to eat for Lunch or dinner. There was no other restaurant in the area as well unless you are willing to drive a short distance up the hill - not many restaurants open there too - the ones that were open were expensive e.g 16EUR for a soup. "The location was lovely, close to the beach so you can choose hotel pools or the sea. Bear in mind it’s two miles out of Umag if your hiking as we were but no problem. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was a buffet, however, it was excellent which a lot of buffets are not. The wellness facilities were excellent and I really appreciated that and it was good value for the money. Thoroughly recommend and I have nothing bad to say. A kettle would have made it 11/10"

"A beautiful hotel with engaging staff. Really appreciated the complimentary pickup and return to car rental. Breakfast excellent. Indeed no elevator but is part of preservation of heritage property. The stairs are roomy so managed (and staff helped carry up). In terrific location and restaurant recommendations were perfect. Quiet. Useable minifridge Windows open. "
